Privacy notice

What is collected

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own. Nothing is stored about you unless you choose to send the contact form.

If you do send it, the form passes on the name, email address, project type, indicative budget and message you entered. That is the whole of it.

Why it is collected

To reply to you, and to work out whether the project is a good fit. Your details are never sold, rented or added to a mailing list, and they are not used for anything you did not write in for.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that turn into a project are kept for as long as the engagement and its normal record-keeping require. Enquiries that do not are deleted within twelve months.

Third parties

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public CDNs. Loading a file from those services necessarily reveals your IP address and browser to them, which is how the web works, but no identifying information is sent deliberately.

No data is shared with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and the answer will always be yes. Write to filip.miceski@hotmail.com and it will be handled within thirty days.
